TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
MUSST offers only high quality items and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and to have a pleasant shopping experience.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within 10 days of receipt of the goods (see return procedure).At your request, we will:
1.Replace or exchange your items (you are responsible for shipping costs both ways), or
2.Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was by a method other than credit card).Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded if the return of merchandise is the result of our error.
We want your shopping experience to be as easy and safe as possible.Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
a) Contact MUSST to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RA#) for all returns and/or refused shipments.
b) The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be clearly marked on each package that is returned.
c) All goods must be in their original packaging and must be intact in order to be returned to stock.
d) Shipping charges will not be refunded.Returns must be insured since Musst will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
All shipments must be checked for damage prior to carrier acceptance.Musst is not responsible for damage incurred during transport.Claims must be made within 10 days and a return number (RA#) must be obtained from Musst.If you receive a box that is visibly damaged, do not sign.Examine the contents to see if any items are damaged.If you sign a UPS, FedEx or other courier waybill without noting the damage or missing cartons in writing, no claim will be issued to you.Please contact us.There is no doubt that shipments can be lost or damaged, but we cannot help you if you sign for the shipment without noting the damage.
-Incomplete order – Any incomplete order must be declared within 10 days.
-Musst reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing credit.
- Special orders cannot be returned.
- Goods cannot be returned after 10 days.
Prices are in Canadian dollars.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and handling
Musst uses Canada Post for regular shipments within Canada.
Please note that you must allow, for all products that are in stock, 24 to 48 hours for the preparation of your order in addition to delivery times.
If an address error has been made by the customer or if the package has not been picked up within the following days as mentioned by Canada Post, the customer will be responsible for the return costs to MUSST and if he wishes to have the package re-shipped, he will have to pay a transport fee, free delivery is not applicable twice on the same order.
For each order, you will be charged a handling fee of $2.00, which will be included in your shipping costs.
For international orders, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes.
International shipping charges are based on distance and weight.When sending your order, please include the complete delivery address.Prior to processing international orders, we will notify you of the shipping charges by email.
