RETURNS

At Musst, we are committed to offering you high-quality products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we gladly accept returns within 10 days following the receipt of your order (see return procedure). We offer you two options:

  1. Exchange or replacement of your products (shipping costs are your responsibility both ways)
  2. Credit of the purchase amount to your credit card (or refund by check only if payment was made by a method other than credit card). Note: Shipping fees will be refunded only if the return is due to an error on our part.

We want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us.

Return Procedure:

Contact Musst to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) before proceeding with a return or delivery refusal.

  1. The return number (RA#) must be clearly visible on each returned package.
  2. All returned items must be in their original packaging and be intact in order to be restocked.
  3. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please ensure that the return is properly insured, as Musst cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transport.

Damages

It is imperative to check your packages upon receipt. Musst is not responsible for damages that occur during transport. If you notice any damage, you must contact Musst within 10 days and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). If you receive a visibly damaged package, do not sign the delivery slip before noting the damages or missing items. Any damage claims will be invalidated if this procedure is not followed.

  • Incomplete order: Any incomplete order must be reported within 10 days.
  • Inspection of returns: Musst reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit.
  • Returns not accepted: Special orders are non-refundable.
  • Products cannot be returned after 10 days.

Price

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and handling fees

Must use Canada Post for regular shipments within Canada.

Please note that for all products in stock, a 24 to 48 hours preparation time is required for your order, in addition to the delivery times.

If an address error is made by the customer, or if the package is not picked up within the time frame set by Canada Post, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Musst. If a new shipment is requested, additional shipping fees will apply, and free delivery will not be applicable a second time on the same order.

Handling fees of 2,00 $ will be added to your delivery charges for each order.

International orders: Import fees (customs duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs vary depending on the distance and weight of the order. We will inform you of the shipping costs before processing international orders.
